No, no driving license is required to use our electric bikes, unlike motorbikes which require an international motorcycle license for any engine size over 50cc.

However, note that traffic rules still apply. We strongly recommend being cautious and respectful of local traffic regulations for your safety. And don’t forget—drive on the left! 😊

The rental includes:

✔️ Your electric bike, ready to ride

✔️ A battery charger

✔️ A helmet

✔️ A lock

✔️ A puncture repair spray

✔️ Free delivery in selected areas (see question 5)

✔️ Technical assistance for minor issues (see question 6)

✔️ And a link to our practical tutorials

Battery range depends on the bike model and how you use it:

🔋 On average, between 45 and 60 km per charge

🔌 Charging time: about 4 to 5 hours

Factors like hills, rider weight, and assist mode can affect range.

Yes! We offer free delivery to your hotel, villa, or accommodation in the following areas:

Rawai, Nai Harn, Kata, Chalong.

➡️ Bikes must be returned to the shop with the battery charged to at least 80%. All details are included in your confirmation email.

Don’t panic! If you experience any issue, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone call. We’ll assist you remotely to assess the situation and determine if it can be resolved on-site or if a technician needs to step in.

🛠️ Service available in covered areas:

We offer assistance within our service zones (Rawai, Chalong, Kata, Karon) as quickly as possible, but only if the problem cannot be solved by the customer using the tools provided.

Things you can fix yourself:

  • Flat tire? Use the puncture repair spray provided to keep riding. We’ll replace the tire at the shop when you return.
  • Battery empty? It’s your responsibility to recharge the battery regularly. No pickup will be offered for forgotten charges unless there’s a confirmed technical issue after a full recharge.
  • Minor adjustments or frozen display? We’ll guide you remotely to restart or reset.

What’s not covered:

  • Lost key, cable, or accessory: replacement at your expense
  • Breakdowns outside our service area: we can’t guarantee support
  • Misuse of the bike (sand, water, overloading, etc.): voids coverage

Yes! Every rental comes with a free helmet, lock, and puncture repair spray.

💡 We also offer additional gear in-store (child helmets, helmets with visors, panniers, etc.), depending on availability. Just ask!

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the rental starts
  • After that, no refund unless in exceptional cases (illness, flight cancellation, etc. with proof)
  • All requests must be sent by email, with necessary documents attached

Yes! We offer special rates for monthly and long-term rentals.

💡 Thailand is a very safe country, but we strongly recommend using the lock provided at all times, even for short stops.

Ideally, lock the frame to a fixed object. For extra security, you can remove the battery and carry it in the storage bag provided with your rental.

If the bike is stolen:

  1. Contact us immediately by phone or WhatsApp
  2. File a police report at the nearest station — this is required for insurance
  3. Send us a copy of the report

If you have purchased theft insurance, part or all of the bike’s value may be covered (depending on the conditions).

Without insurance, the replacement cost will be your responsibility. The amount will depend on the model.
